  Postal Counter Automation System Project
To enhance service efficiency at post office counters by installing and implementing postal counter automation systems at 1,200 post offices nationwide.
Under the One Stop Service concept, customers can use all types of postal service at every counter.
 
 
  Mailing System Improvement Project Phase II
To elevate the quality of the mailing system and postal services, and solve the problem of delayed mail. This project will be implemented at 550 post offices.
 
 
 

Online Postal System Development Project
To change the network system linking 1,200 post offices nationwide and the Information Technology and Communication Center, Thailand Post Co., Ltd. from the offline system via analog telephone to high-speed online system.

 
 
  Track & Trace Development Project
To enhance efficiency in tracking and tracing mail, allowing customers to track and trace mail, expected receiving date, and track and trace mail via the internet 24 hours a day.
 
 
  Pay at Post Service Promotion Project
To enhance the potential to act as a payment channel for government and business agents.
 
 
  Online Lottery Vending Machine Installation Project
To facilitate purchase of lottery tickets at post offices nationwide. As a network of the Government Lottery Office, equipped with online network system and branches nationwide, the post office will be a place where customers can conveniently buy legal lottery tickets online.
 
 
  Post Office Franchises Project
To expand post office branches to provide customers with greater convenience. This project enables private companies to participate in the postal business in the form of post office franchises with modern and unique designs.
 
 
  Delivery Service Development Project
To facilitate and respond to customer needs, the post office will deliver parcels / goods to any destination with payment collection at the destination. In this way, customers need not collect parcels and make payments at the post office. This also increases the potential for distribution of 1 Tambon 1 Product and other projects by providing a more convenient and flexible distribution channel for product delivery and payment collection at the destination.
 
 
  Logistics Projects
To satisfy the government’s policy on the expansion of the postal service to include logistical services to serve the business sector, promote the government’s 1 Tambon 1 Product project, and satisfy customer needs for the mailing of large or oversized postal items, which are not available in the post offices.
 
 
  1 Tambon 1 Product Distribution Project
To facilitate the government’s 1 Tambon 1 Product project, the post office will be a distribution channel for products from 1 Tambon 1 Product project if space is available. Product catalogues of 1 Tambon 1 Product project and other products are also offered, enabling customers to make an order and deliver products via the post office rapidly and conveniently.
 
 
  Western Union Postal Money Order Online System Project
To develop the online system to connect to the Western Union postal money order online system, allowing Thailand Post to make online money transfers globally.
