The last 2 years witnessed Thailand Post’s ideal performance, unanimously lauded as being capable to revive from a constant loss in operation to a continuously increased in profits. The said profits, though not so outstanding, truly signaled that Thailand Post was moving to a right direction; something which we all employees deemed as pride and morale in operation.
Despite the fact, both local and international business competitions tending to be on the rise, it is mandatory that stern and continued management and service development be introduced, to ensure its creditability and customer-satisfaction. Over the years, the Committee, together with Thailand Post’s management, have sought ways to reach a milestone in policy and development plan settings. These include aim settings, and operation strategies which are business-based. In addition, applications of information technology to enhance a promotion of internal monitoring to be in line with the good governance, which will create etiquette, moral behavior and transparency throughout the company, the making use of the existing network as a strengthening point to operate
business, and the laying down of internal risk management system within post offices, to
begin with, make genuine start-points to lead Thailand Post to achieve its mission-promised target, i.e. a sustainable business.
From now on, it’s time that Thailand Post declares its professionalism to help boost its brand “Thailand Post” for guaranteed quality and internationally accepted standards. Meanwhile, it also sticks to future needed developments to cater for changing business operation ambience. We all have to brainstorm in view of adaptation and strategic
planning setting to get ready for emerging competitions. The Committee supports and encourages Thailand Post to prosper continuously with sustainability.
On this auspicious occasion, I would like to extend my thanks to the directors, the management, all employees and casual workers for their exemplary effort and commitment. All the efforts are fully appreciated. I hope we will continue to contribute to Thailand Post’s hearty and prosperous future. |
